Your ability to find, qualify, and digest development information is extremely important. Whether you are a new developer of a seasoned vet, you are always learning. You need to find information fast and effectively.
When you have a question, it is easy to type it into a search engine and find an answer. Sometimes, though, you don’t know what question to ask.
Enter development blogs. A steady stream of information, tips, tricks, tutorials and great open discussion. I subscribe to over 50 feeds from development blogs using Google Reader as my RSS reader of choice.
Besides “doing”, this is the best learning tool I have. I consistently read articles addressing problems I haven’t thought of yet. I find sample code I can stock pile now and use later. The Cocoa community is extremely helpful and talented.
Most developers carry their tedious attention to detail into their blog writing. This leads to infrequent, yet highly polished and information rich posts which are easily scoured in your feed reader.
So, what feeds do I read?
Below is the list of web sites of who I keep in Google Reader (in no particular order).
I’m sure I left out some, so let me know if you have any good blogs that should be on my list.

Great list! I’ll be checking these out for sure…
I just started a little resource blog myself for iPhone web design/development. Hope you find it somewhat useful: http://iphoneized.com
Cheers,
Chris
Wow great list! Whole lot to add here into my feed list. Thankyou.
@Johann No problem!
@Chris Thanks, I checked out your blog and you have quite a bit of good iPhone web design content. Keep up the good work!

If your looking for a simple way to get a iPhone application for your blog or business I found Rhino Apps really useful. http://www.RhinoApps.com. They take your RSS feed and create an iPhone application around it. You design it with your own custom colors and logos. Worth taking a look at.
Hi Corey, thanks for answering my questions. Even though you showed with your other post that you make most of the revenue in the first few weeks and are probably OK with going with a larger price, we decided to go with $0.99 instead of a larger price to try to get high on the rankings. We thought that we’d make back what we lost by being ranked high and getting lots of views. Who knows though
Anyways, we’ve submitted it and while we’re waiting for it to go on sale, I was wondering if you had any further tips on how to publicize it or how to get it reviewed? I know you mentioned to send it to blogs and stuff, but do you know any that are very receptive to this? also, i would like to hear your opinion or suggestions so i can send you a code if you’d like.
thanks for the help!

@Fuj With 50,000+ apps there is no winning strategy anymore. It is no longer the wild west, it is just another place to sell software. The difference is that people can be enticed to make a purchase anytime, anywhere.
Good luck on your app, I hope you guys do well.
As far as further advice, I am not a “marketing guru” by a long shot. In fact, for my next in house app, I have a marketing partner to handle those details. The truth is that I ma just a developer. I can try to spread my self out and just be “ok” at everything or I can focus on what I am good at and have other experts help me with the rest.
You may well be in the same position. It sounds like you have a team from your pronoun usage. If you are all developers, I suggest finding someone who can handle marketing for you. Make them a part of your team.
Marketing is hard work. Cold calling, emails, campaigning… It IS a full time job. To be done right, someone needs to be committed to it full time.
Also, I’d love to take a look at your app. I’ll send you an email with my email address.
